some legacy systems that didn't get patched in time DID have real issues, mostly small stuff like date miscalculations, nothing catastrophic though
realistically probably a lot of annoying glitches and billing errors rather than planes falling from the sky like some doomsday predictions suggested. a ton of the risk got fixed preemptively though so we never really found out at scale.
