this ornate amber-paneled room was looted by Nazi Germany from a Russian palace in WWII and hasn't been seen since the 1940s, believed possibly destroyed or hidden somewhere in Europe.
Russia eventually built a full reconstruction of it that opened in 2003, since the original is presumed lost. treasure hunters still search for the real one to this day.
